Terms of Use & Fantasy Rules

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering for or using PMGO MENA Fantasy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Service.

2. Who Operates the Service

PMGO MENA Fantasy is operated by AHW Esports ("we", "us", "AHW"). The Service uses official PUBG MOBILE tournament data under license from the game's publisher and rights holders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to participate. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy on your behalf. The Service is void where prohibited by law; you are responsible for confirming you are permitted to participate under the laws of your country of residence.

4. Registration & Account

Registration requires a valid mobile phone number and/or email address, verified by one-time passcode (OTP). You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Each individual may hold only one account.

5. How the Fantasy Game Works

Draft 4 players from the official tournament field (maximum 2 players from any one team). Your squad earns fantasy points based on official in-game statistics — kills, knockouts, damage dealt, and survival time. Before each match, you may also select one team as your Match Prediction; points are awarded according to that team's final official placement in the match. Points accumulate across the tournament and determine your position on the public leaderboard.

No purchase necessary. Participation is entirely free — no payment, deposit, or entry fee of any kind is required to register, draft, predict, or appear on the leaderboard.

Points only — no prizes. The Service awards fantasy points and leaderboard ranking only. We do not offer, provide, or facilitate any cash prize, monetary reward, gift card, physical prize, or item of monetary value for any leaderboard position or prediction outcome. Points and rankings have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or sold.

Not gambling. The Service is designed as a free-to-play fantasy entertainment experience. You do not stake money or anything of monetary value, and no cash or item of monetary value is awarded based on predictions or leaderboard performance. Match Predictions are used solely as a points-based gameplay mechanic. The Service is not intended to constitute or facilitate betting, wagering, or gambling.

6. Squad Locks & Changes

Your squad locks when the Tournament's group stage officially begins and cannot be edited afterward. If a rostered player is substituted by their own team, or a team withdraws from the Tournament, we will adjust the scoring of affected squads based on the official match record.

7. Scoring, Disputes & Tournament Changes

Fantasy points are calculated from official match data published by the tournament organiser. In the event of a data error or scoring dispute, our determination, made in good faith by reference to the official match record, is final.

If a match is delayed, cancelled, restarted, or its result is corrected, affected fantasy points and Match Predictions will be adjusted to reflect the official outcome wherever reasonably possible. If the Service is unavailable during a prediction or squad-selection deadline due to a technical issue, we may extend that deadline or exclude the affected window from scoring.

8. Leaderboard & Ties

The leaderboard updates after each match's official results are published. Where users are tied on total points, rank is determined in this order: highest total fantasy points; highest squad/player-performance points; most correct 1st-place Match Predictions; earliest valid final roster submission.

9. User Conduct

No creating multiple or fraudulent accounts to gain a leaderboard advantage
No use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
No harassment, hate speech, or abusive conduct toward other users, players, or teams
No attempt to manipulate scoring, predictions, or leaderboard data, or to exploit a bug or error for advantage

Violating these rules may result in point forfeiture, leaderboard disqualification, or account suspension, at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

PUBG MOBILE and related trademarks, team names, player names, and match data are the property of their respective rights holders and are used on the Service for informational and fantasy-scoring purposes only, under license/permission.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data delays, or scoring errors beyond our reasonable control.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AHW against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including tournament postponement or cancellation, network or platform outages, or acts of government.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
