This Service is operated by AHW Esports ("we", "us"), which is the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What We Collect

  • Mobile phone number and/or email address, for OTP account verification and login
  • Your draft picks, predictions, and points/leaderboard activity
  • Basic technical data (device/browser type, IP address, usage logs)

3. Why We Collect It

  • To verify your identity and secure your account via OTP
  • To operate drafting, scoring, and the leaderboard
  • To communicate service updates and respond to support requests

4. OTP / SMS Processing

We use a third-party SMS/OTP verification provider to send login codes. Because this provider may route messages through infrastructure outside your country, your phone number may be processed outside your country of residence for this purpose only.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service — our SMS/OTP provider and hosting provider — and, where needed for tournament administration, with the Tournament organiser.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and OTP data for 90 days after the Tournament ends, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Subject to UAE data-protection law (or the law applicable in your country of residence), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service requires users to be at least 13 years old. For users under 18, our Terms of Use require parent or legal guardian permission to use the Service, which covers the collection of the phone number and/or email address used for OTP verification.

9. Cookies & Analytics

This Service does not currently use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the tools in use and explain how to opt out.

10. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
